Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Reno, NV)

Summit Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Reno supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
