Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Reno, NV)

Highbridge West Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Reno. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
