Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Reno, NV)

Cedar Maple Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
