Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience.
