Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Amberfield Quarry Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
