Cedar Loom Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
