Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Highbridge Basin Civic Services Group supports public agencies in San Antonio with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
