Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Clearpath Vale Property Management is a Charlotte property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
