Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bright Loom Community Partners runs community programmes across Nashville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
