Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Silverline Sparrow Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 897 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
