Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Nova Iron Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Antonio. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
