Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Harborlight West Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
