Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Hollow Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
