Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group Partners runs classrooms and tutoring across the San Diego area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
