Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bright Junction Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Madison, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
