Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
