Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Ironwood Systems works with county and city offices around Sacramento. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 609 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
