Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Silverline Thistle Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
