Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Honolulu. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 578 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
