Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield West Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
