Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Westbrook Mill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Rochester working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
