Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Stonegate Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Anchorage area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
