Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in Dallas with personal care and coordination, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 901 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
