Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Fernwood Kestrel Community Partners is a nonprofit in Little Rock supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
