Lumen Fern Care Services Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
