Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
