Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
