Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Cedar Rowan Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Baltimore, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
