Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Highbridge Granite Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Portland supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
