Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Amberfield Junction Community Partners is a Cincinnati charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
