Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Westbrook Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Pittsburgh caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
