Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Silverline Pike Learning Group is an education provider in Madison serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Families are partners. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
