Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sable Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 202 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
