Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Redstone Lantern Housing manages affordable housing communities across Hartford. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
