Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Lumen Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around St. Louis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
