Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Ironwood Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across Wichita. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 718 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
