Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Amber Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
