Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Rivermark Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the San Jose area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
