Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Highbridge Wilder Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
