Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Lumen Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Hartford, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
