Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Oklahoma City, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
