Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Fernwood Vale Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
