Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Nova Maple Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Grand Rapids, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
