Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Nashville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
