Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
