Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
