Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Ironwood Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in San Antonio supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 680 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
