Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Meadow Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
