Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Houston, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
