Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Partners manages apartment communities around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
